Toni Brinker is the founder of Economic Partners Investing in Communities and Operation Blue Shield dba One CommunityUSA in Dallas, which focuses on neighborhood revitalization through the transformative effect of increasing public safety. She is also the founder of the public-service campaign Operation Blue Shield. In 2014, Toni married T. Boone Pickens. The two are involved in numerous political, business and philanthropic efforts. Tarrant County Inmates Celebrate Graduation from Prison Reentry Program (Pathways to H.O.P.E.)

Watch the segment from WFAA Channel 8 news in DFW. WFAA got a rare look inside a Tarrant County jail for the program's latest graduation. It has a special focus on veterans. Tarrant County’s Green Bay Jail is home to a unique prison reentry program. The 26 men seated in the jail library are half civilian inmates wearing green, and half military veterans wearing orange and white stripes.
